HyFiTrack

Every scan. Every meal. One honest trend line.

HyFiTrack is a personal iPhone app for people who take body-composition seriously: InBody and DEXA results kept per method, daily energy balance from Apple Health, meal photos estimated by Claude, and a training log that understands Planet Fitness, Orangetheory, F45, Solidcore, Tonal and Strava.

Scans that never lie to each other

InBody (OTF app), InBody standard sheets and BodySpec DEXA each get their own trend. Fasted or dehydrated readings are flagged and excluded by default.

Import from a screenshot or PDF

Photograph a result sheet or export the DEXA report to PDF. Every extracted field is shown with confidence for you to review before it is saved — never auto-saved.

Energy balance from Apple Health

Steps, active energy, workouts, sleep and resting heart rate. RMR from DEXA → InBody → Mifflin–St Jeor, and a guardrail when intake drops below it.

Meals from a photo

Home-cooked Indian lacto-vegetarian defaults, itemised macros, a personal food library, barcodes via Open Food Facts, and a running calibration of how the model runs for you.

Training that matches your week

OTF 2G/3G/Tread 50/Strength 50, F45 cardio/resistance/hybrid, Solidcore Signature50/Focus50, Tonal, road walks — plus a Planet Fitness picker with machine instructions and suggested loads.

What actually changed

Between two same-method scans, estimate how much of the weight change was fat, lean tissue and water, and reconcile against what the scan reported.

Privacy

Body data stays on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud database. Photos you choose are sent to the Anthropic API only to extract numbers and are not stored by HyFiTrack. Each person on a device has a separate account unlocked with Face ID or Touch ID; sign-in to hyfitrack.com uses passkeys — no passwords. Strava access is read-only and can be revoked in Strava at any time.

TestFlight

HyFiTrack is a private household build. Ask the owner for an invite; the link will appear here once external testing opens.
